Fortune 500 global food and beverage conglomerate

Business Challenge

Develop a 'Planet Positive' brand strategy for organization, identifying the highest-impact sustainability actions across their supply chain and crafting a consumer messaging framework to communicate these commitments compellingly and distinctly.

Outcomes

IBC developed a dual-track sustainability strategy and marketing messaging platform for the organization, drawing on 17 expert interviews across agronomy, packaging, and sustainable marketing.

The sustainability plan prioritized three high-ROI initiatives, and each assessed via a cost-benefit and implementation effort matrix.

Fortune 500 global secure logistics company

Business Challenge

Research the carbon credit and offset marketplace, benchmark how peers offset emissions, model organization's annual offset spend based on prior fleet emissions data and deliver a carbon emissions policy document with a roadmap for implementation and client cost allocation methodology.

Outcomes

IBC developed a carbon offset strategy for the organization, analyzing the voluntary carbon market across outlet types and region-specific projects aligned to the organization’s emissions profile.

The final deliverable ranked offset options by cost-effectiveness and strategic fit giving a practical implementation roadmap to progress toward carbon neutrality.

Digital health and rapid testing company

Business Challenge

Develop a formal B2B marketing strategy for an MBE-certified medical and pharmaceutical wholesale distributor, including customer segmentation across healthcare institution types, competitive positioning, MBE/WBE procurement opportunity strategy, messaging, and a prioritized low-cost media plan.

Outcomes

IBC produced a four-step marketing strategy for the client addressing messaging consistency, marketing committee structure, digital channel amplification, and KPI tracking.

Grounded in B2B pharmaceutical industry interviews, the strategy helped the client leverage its MBE certification to expand into healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and government accounts while building credible brand presence online and at industry conferences.

Fortune 500 global agricultural equipment manufacturer

Business Challenge

Research customer awareness, adoption barriers, and preferences for client’s mobile app across multiple segments, delivering segmentation analysis, product gap findings, and a go-to-market strategy.

Outcomes

IBC developed a segment-specific engagement strategy to increase adoption and retention of client’s mobile app, which suffered from low usage despite strong underlying functionality. Three user segments were each with differentiated tactics.

Deliverables include customer personas, an industry and competitive app analysis, and a segment-by-segment engagement strategy playbook.

Global diversified manufacturer

Business Challenge

Identify high-impact AI use cases across client’s operations, benchmark adoption best practices, assess value vs. non-value scenarios, and develop actionable guidelines and enablement content.

Outcomes

IBC identified and prioritized GenAI use cases for client across multiple portfolio companies, conducting an industry landscape analysis of how peers are adopting AI and mapping the impactful functional task categories against associated risks and mitigation strategies. A comparative analysis of AI tools was evaluated across cost, integration depth, data security, and fit with client’s enterprise ecosystem, resulting in a tool recommendation.

Final deliverables include an internal knowledge-sharing document, a webinar outline for company-wide rollout, and a comparative analysis.
