About the Margolis Market Information Lab
The Margolis Market Information Lab is an advanced teaching and learning environment designed to enhance the academic experience through access to industry-leading financial and business technology. Established in 2009 through a landmark gift from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Trust, the lab has grown into one of the most highly utilized university finance labs in the United States.

Our Mission
The Market Information Lab prepares students for careers in finance, consulting, analytics, and related fields by providing access to professional software, experiential learning opportunities, and hands-on instruction. Through innovative teaching, research support, and technology, we help students build the practical skills employers expect.
Our Facilities
The lab includes three learning spaces designed to support coursework, workshops, and independent research.
Primary Instruction Lab

Eight computer stations available for independent use with assistance from Market Information Lab Fellows.
