Accounting Club

The University of Illinois Accounting Club is a student organization dedicated to fostering a community for all majors. Members benefit from networking opportunities, professional development workshops, and interactions with industry peers. ActGreen

ActGreen is a sustainable business student organization. ActGreen programs range from volunteer work in the community to professor chats/informational sessions, and social events! ActGreen welcomes students from all majors across campus who are passionate about the importance of sustainability.

Alpha Kappa Psi

Alpha Kappa Psi is the oldest and largest professional business fraternity. Open to all majors, Alpha Kappa Psi focuses on building professionalism, enhancing brotherhood, and encouraging leadership within our members. Alpha Kappa Psi recruits for a new member class once at the beginning of each semester, and we encourage all interested underclassmen to attend our information night to learn more!

The American Marketing Association (AMA) is the one-stop organization for anything marketing at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ascend

The Ascend University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Chapter was established in 2008 in order to further Ascend's global mission at our campus. The UIUC Chapter is dedicated towards supporting the professional development of all Asians in business fields. By hosting career development presentations, managing a mentorship program, organizing philanthropic activities, and creating a program specifically to introduce our new members to Ascend's culture, the UIUC Chapter takes pride in all the opportunities we provide for our members to grow as rising business leaders.

Association for Information Systems (AIS) is committed to developing proficiency in areas involving the information systems field. Association of Latino Professionals for America

The Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) is a professional development organization for Latino students based upon three pillars: professional, social, and philanthropy. The organization is open to all majors and offers professional opportunities through connections with 20+ corporate sponsors. With over 300 members, ALPFA UIUC provides opportunities to form connections with Latino students throughout campus and across a nationwide network of student and professional ALPFA chapters.

Black Business Network

The Black Business Network (BBN) is an all-black registered student organization welcoming all majors. BBN is focused on cultivating some of the University of Illinois' strongest business students in order to bring wealth back into the black community. BBN fosters its member's professional experience through academic, social, and community involvements, connecting them to their peers and exposing them to different professional opportunities on and outside of campus.

Enactus

Illinois Enactus is a social entrepreneurship organization at the UIUC. We build and develop businesses that serve a social/environmental need, and then delink these enterprises to community groups to take over. Illinois Enactus' portfolio of 7 projects addresses social and environmental issues, from gender gaps for girls in STEM fields to the language barriers for immigrants in the CU community.

Equity Research Association (ERA) is a Gies registered student organization dedicated to providing equity research education to all U of I students. Illinois Investment Management Academy

The Investment Management Academy, one of the Stanley C. Golder Academies, is an academic program that provides select students with institutional investment experience. With oversight of the Directors, students manage over $1.5 million in assets. Students take on all the responsibilities expected of analysts in a fund management environment. Members of the Academy conduct industry research, prepare qualitative and quantitative assessments of investment candidates, present investment recommendations, conduct due diligence on investments, oversee trading, manage industry concentrations, and report on fund performance.

Illinois Sports Business Conference

The Illinois Sports Business Conference (ISBC) is designed to connect leading professionals with individuals aspiring for a career in the sports business world. Through an annual conference, ISBC fosters relationships and provides a greater knowledge of the sports industry. The 2024-2025 Illinois Sports Business Conference is the 10-year Anniversary of the first ISBC and will be celebrated throughout the year and at the 2025 ISBC.

Investment Portfolio Organization

The Investment Portfolio Organization is a premier introductory finance organization aimed at teaching high-level finance concepts to underclassmen. Each week, students will participate in a lesson involving professional development, accounting, investment strategies, and company valuation methodologies. The program culminates in a stock pitch competition where you will present to your fellow analysts as well as the directors of the Investment Management Academy (IMA).

The Minority Business Students Association (MBSA) is an organization dedicated to empowering underrepresented individuals across all majors and backgrounds while also fostering a tight-knit and welcoming community. OTCR Consulting is the University of Illinois' premiere, entirely student run management consultancy. Prime Mergers and Acquisitions

Prime M&A was founded to bridge the gap between freshmen and the rigors of investment banking recruiting. In the analyst program, underclassmen are given exposure to the investment banking industry through a weekly curriculum that covers topics such as valuation, deal structuring, market evaluation and firm strategy. The semester-long simulation serves as the core of the Prime experience, where students form teams of three and play the role of an investment banker, advising clients in M&A situations. Most recently, all 22 new members of the Illinois Investment Banking Academy completed both Prime's analyst and associate programs.

Supply Chain Management Association

The Supply Chain Management Association and its affiliated parent chapter, ASCM, is dedicated to exploring the intricate workings of the supply chain field. The Supply Chain Management Association offers professional development sessions through resume workshops and mock interviews designed to advance your networking capabilities. Additionally, The Supply Chain Management Association hosts informational sessions from companies like DHL and KPMG to show what type of career paths would be available to you with a major in supply chain. TAMID

TAMID Group offers students hands-on learning experiences with the Israeli economy through consulting projects and investment fund management. Members gain professional skills by working directly with Israeli startups, providing pro-bono consulting, and participating in an optional summer internship program in Israel. Present on 58 college campuses, TAMID enables students to foster a strong connection to Israel and enhance their career prospects through its interactive education, consulting, and investing tracks.
