Undergraduate Academic Advising Appointments
Undergraduate students can schedule a 30-minute 1:1 academic advising appointment with a professional academic advisor to discuss course planning, academic and campus resources, exploring majors and minors, academic planning for studying abroad, and more.
Please note: Advisors calendars typically are available 14 days in advance and each advisor has unique in-person and virtual availability.

Accountancy Students
If you are majoring in Accountancy and have Accountancy-specific questions, schedule an appointment with your assigned advisor based on your last name.

Business Administration and Finance Students
Students majoring in Business Administration or Finance may schedule an appointment with any advisor in the Office of Undergraduate Programs. You may choose a specific advisor or view all available appointment times.
Business Undeclared Students
Business Undeclared students may meet with any Gies academic advisor.
If you are considering a major in Accountancy, we encourage you to schedule with an Accountancy advisor whenever possible.
Business Minor Students
If you are a business minor, please explore your academic advising options here.
Preparing for Your Appointment
To prepare for your advising appointment, please run your Degree Audit and make sure to add a note to your booking about what you would like to discuss with your advisor so they can prepare to meet with you. If you know you cannot make the appointment, please see your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel.
