The Student Success Team The Student Success Team is a built-in academic community for all Gies learners. The impact we strive for is only possible through the skills and engagement of our student staff. They are essential partners in our mission. The Student Success Team is led by the Associate Director of Academic Success and comprised of the Coordinator of Academic Success, Graduate Intern, Lab Management Coordinator, Program Coordinator, BUS 199 - BPA Teaching Assistant, Success Lab Attendants, Peer Mentors, and Peer Tutors.
